1. Delete Your Account In the App

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Agorani app, while you can still sign in:

• Open the Agorani app and go to the Profile tab.

• Tap Settings.

• Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.

• Tap "Delete Account".

• Type DELETE to confirm, then tap "Delete Account" again to submit.

2. Request Deletion By Email

If you can't sign in — for example, you no longer have the app or are locked out of your account — email us at hello@wandity.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify every request against the account's email address before deleting anything, and we action deletion requests within 30 days.

3. What We Delete or Anonymise

When your account is deleted, we:

• Replace your account email with an anonymised placeholder, clear your phone number, and anonymise your name, last name, and username.

• Delete any Apple or Google sign-in identities linked to your account, and revoke the associated Apple refresh token.

• Delete any push notification tokens linked to your account, so none of your devices continue receiving notifications.

• Permanently remove your uploaded images — your profile photo, banner, and all listing photos — from our image storage.

• Delete your product-view history.

• Mark your account as deleted, so it can no longer be used to sign in.

4. What We Keep, and Why

A few things aren't deleted immediately:

• Messages you sent in a conversation stay visible to the other participant, because they're part of that person's own conversation history. You're shown to them as an unavailable or deleted user.

• We may keep anonymised records where needed for fraud prevention, resolving disputes, or a legal obligation.

• Aggregated analytics that can't identify you.

5. This Is Permanent

Deleting your account can't be undone. Signing up again afterwards creates a brand-new account — it doesn't restore your old listings, messages, or history.
