1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Agorani, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. About Agorani and Wandity LTD
Agorani is operated by Wandity LTD, a software development company based in Cyprus. In these Terms, "Agorani" refers to the Agorani platform and to Wandity LTD, the company that operates it. Agorani is an open marketplace where both individuals and businesses may list and sell items — new or second-hand — to other people in Cyprus.
3. Using the Website
This website provides information about Agorani and links to download the Agorani mobile app, where the marketplace service is provided. Browsing this website does not create an account or any relationship with Agorani beyond what is described in these Terms.
4. Role of Agorani — Intermediary Only
Agorani provides a platform that lets users list, discover, and contact each other about items. Agorani is not a party to any transaction, does not buy, sell, inspect, store, ship, or guarantee any item, and does not vet, endorse, or verify users, listings, prices, or the legality, quality, safety, or accuracy of anything posted.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agorani and Wandity LTD (and their officers, employees, and agents) are not responsible or liable for: the conduct of any user; the condition, authenticity, legality, or safety of any item; payments, refunds, or non-delivery; disputes between users; or anything that happens at in-person meetups or during or after a sale. The platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available"; Agorani gives no warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding the platform or items listed on it. If a user has a dispute with one or more other users, they release Agorani and Wandity LTD (and their officers, directors, agents, and employees) from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or connected with that dispute. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agorani's and Wandity LTD's aggregate liability arising from use of the platform is limited; users agree to indemnify Agorani and Wandity LTD against claims arising from their own listings, sales, or conduct. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — for example, a consumer's statutory rights when buying new goods from a business seller, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities
Buyers must inspect items for defects and missing parts before buying, and test electronic and technical devices themselves. Sellers must honestly disclose any defects, faults, or missing parts, and are solely responsible for their listings and sales.
7. Prohibited Items
You may not list or sell stolen goods; counterfeit, fake, or replica goods; pirated or copyright-infringing media or software; items illegal to sell in Cyprus (including weapons, drugs, pornographic material, or regulated and CITES-listed wildlife products); or items promoting hate, discrimination, or extremism.
8. Acceptable Use — Prohibited Conduct
You must not send inappropriate, harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; send sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate images or unsolicited content; share another person's private information (such as phone number, address, or photos) without their consent; engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination; run scams, fraud, or phishing; impersonate another person; use contact details obtained through Agorani for spam or unrelated marketing; or create accounts to evade a ban or circumvent moderation.
9. Listing and Conduct Standards
Use clear, accurate photos of the actual item — no blurry or misleading pictures. Be honest in your descriptions and your dealings. Keep your commitments: turn up when you arrange to, and do not back out of an agreed sale to favour someone who came along later.
10. Enforcement
Users who break these rules may have listings removed and accounts suspended or removed. Reports of inappropriate behaviour can be sent to our moderators.
11. Zero-Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse
Agorani has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Every user can report a listing, a profile, a chat, or a post, and can block another user — blocking immediately stops contact in both directions and removes the other person's listings and content from view. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: content that breaches these terms is removed, and the user who posted it is suspended or removed from the service. Posting objectionable content or abusing other users is grounds for immediate removal of your account.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software comprising the Agorani platform is the property of Wandity LTD and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Content you post — including listings, photos, and profile information — remains yours. By posting it, you grant Agorani a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared with other users or that we are required to retain for legal reasons.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform.
