Black Heeled Over-the-Knee Boots – Size EU 38

Black over-the-knee heeled boots, size EU 38 (UK 5). Brand new and never worn outside—only tried on once in my room. Any dust/dirt underneath is simply from trying them on indoors. Selling because they are too big for me, particularly around my thighs. They may be better suited to someone with bigger thighs. I am 5’2” for reference, and they fit more like thigh-high boots on me. Side zip fastening with a comfortable block heel. Excellent condition.
